iDesiTV.com provides streaming bandwidth for media content which are
submitted by various South Asian broadcasters around the world. The
users/broadcasters must submit their broadcasting content via our secure
broadcasting panel located at -
www.idesitv.com/broadcast. Please note that iDesiTV is a windows media
based broadcasting platform and all the content submitted must be windows
media based. The viewers are able to watch the live media content by
visiting www.idesitv.com and all the
user/broadcaster submitted content is listed on the front page. Please note
that the channel list automatically updated upon the availability of
content.
These Terms of Service are a legal agreement between you
and iDesiTV.com and apply to you whether you are a registered
broadcaster/user or a viewer/visitor just browsing the website idesitv.com.

PANEL OR BY ENTERING THE DOMAIN
WWW.IDESITV.COM, YOU ARE AGREEING TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS OF SERVICE.
IF YOU DO NOT ACCEPT THESE TERMS OF SERVICE IN THEIR ENTIRELY, YOU MAY NOT
ACCESS OR USE THE SITE AND OR SERVICES. BY VIOLATING ANY OF OUR TERMS OF

1. Eligibility and usage of the website
In order to access the broadcasting panel and submit
streaming content or post user submissions, you will have to create an
account at -
www.idesitv.com/broadcast. In order to become a broadcaster/user of the
broadcasting panel and submit streaming content, you must be at least 13
years of age. When you register, you will be asked to enter a username and
password. You are responsible for safeguarding all the input data which you
enter when registering as a broadcaster. Our
privacy policy contains information about our policies and procedures
regarding the collection, use and disclosure of information we receive from
the broadcasters/users.
2. Termination or suspension of services, material or
users and Modification of these terms of service
- iDesiTV reserves the right, in its sole discretion,
at any time to modify, discontinue or terminate the services, material
or users and modify these terms of service without advance notice. All
modified terms and condition will be effective after they are posted on
the website. If any of the terms and conditions are not acceptable to
you, your sole remedy is to cease using the iDesiTV and its services.
3. Copyrighted materials
No Unauthorized Use. YOU WILL NOT USE THE SITE OR SERVICES
TO TRANSMIT, ROUTE, PROVIDE CONNECTIONS TO OR STORE ANY MATERIAL THAT
INFRINGES COPYRIGHTED WORKS OR OTHERWISE VIOLATES OR PROMOTES THE VIOLATION
OF THE INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS OF ANY THIRD PARTY. iDesiTV has adopted
and implemented a policy that terminates the accounts of broadcasters/users
who repeatedly infringe or are believed to be infringing the rights of

4. Disclaimer of Warranties
Your use of the website, services, content, and user
submissions is at your sole discretion and risk. The site, services, and
user/broadcaster submitted content are provided as on "AS IS" and "AS
AVAILABLE" basis with out warranties of any kind. iDesiTV EXPRESSLY
DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS, IMPLIED OR STATUTORY,
RELATING TO THE SITE, SERVICES, CONTENT AND USER SUBMISSIONS, INCLUDING
WITHOUT LIMITATION THE WARRANTIES OF TITLE, MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A
PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT OF PROPRIETARY RIGHTS, COURSE OF
DEALING OR COURSE OF PERFORMANCE.

PUNITIVE OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR
USE OF THE SITE, SERVICES, CONTENT AND USER SUBMISSIONS/BROADCASTER
SUBMITTED CONTENT WHETHER THE DAMAGES ARE FORESEEABLE AND WHETHER OR NOT
IDESITV.COM HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
6. Indemnification
You as a viewer/broadcaster/user/a representative from
content owner agree to defend, indemnify, and hold iDesiTV.com, its
administrators, directors, engineers or advertisers, harmless from and
against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including
without limitation reasonable attorney's fees and costs, arising out of or
in any way connected with (i) your access to or use of the Site, Services,
Content and User Submissions; (ii) your violation of these Terms of Service;
(iii) your violation of any third party right, including without limitation
any intellectual property right, publicity, confidentiality, property or
privacy right; or (iv) any claim that one of your User Submissions caused
damage to a third party, including without limitation claims that your User
Submissions are infringing.
